Northwest Machining Services in Houston, Texas offers decades of experience in the combining of the extrusion of customer-specified ferrule outlets, hot forming, and close tolerance geometry machining with - high integrity welding - TIG, MIG, stick, & sub-arc - all suitable for service in corrosive chemicals, high temperature ethylene furnaces, pyrolysis heaters, and other types of custom specification reformer equipment.

After fabrication, Northwest Machining Services provides customer-specified heat treating and non-destructive testing (NDT), including radiography, ultrasonic, liquid penetrant. ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 - Unfired Pressure Vessels and pressure piping "U" and "PP" certification are available at customer request.
